What we do, and how we do it.
Vitraz is a European aluminum window and door manufacturer in Brooklyn. We take a project from drawing to delivered system, engineering the openings, fabricating every frame to your exact specification, and delivering finished, glazed units ready to install. We work on four fronts: residential windows, residential doors, commercial window systems, and commercial door systems. Every one of them is built on the same floor, by the same team.
We are a fabricator, not a contractor. We don't bid your installation and we don't compete with your glazier. We build the systems, and we hand them over ready to set.

The short version.
Not a salesperson.
Questions we get asked first.
No. Vitraz designs, fabricates and delivers, your contractor or glazing subcontractor installs. On commercial work that means we’re not bidding against your installer. On residential work, we’ll gladly point you toward installers who work with these systems regularly.
Yes. Send plans, elevations and a window schedule and we’ll come back with system recommendations, performance figures and a quote against your schedule.
Most residential orders run two to three weeks. Larger commercial packages run longer depending on scope and finish. Either way it’s a fraction of the ten to twelve weeks an imported system typically takes.
