European windows

European aluminum windows, built to your openings.

Narrow frames, large panes and a mechanism that does two jobs at once. We fabricate tilt-and-turn, fixed and slimline aluminum windows in Brooklyn, thermally broken, multi-point locked, and made to your measurements rather than to a catalogue size.

How it works

One handle, two openings.

Turn the handle once and the window tilts inward at the top, ventilation without an open window a child or a burglar can get through. Turn it again and the whole sash swings inward like a door, so you can clean the outside of the glass from inside the room, and so the opening meets egress requirements.

It's the standard across Europe and almost unknown in American housing stock, which is why most people meet it for the first time in a project like yours.

Slim sightlines

Narrow aluminum profiles carry larger panes than vinyl or wood can, so more of the opening is glass and less of it is frame.

Thermally broken

An insulating barrier through the middle of every profile keeps aluminum’s strength and slim section without the energy penalty.

Secure as standard

Multi-point locking engages the frame top to bottom on every unit, not an upgrade, not an option.

A window built to the opening doesn't need packing out, trimming down, or a strip of trim to hide the gap. That's not a finishing detail; it's the difference between a window that looks made for the building and one that looks fitted to it.

Your contractor does. We're a fabricator; we build the windows and deliver them glazed, finished and labelled opening by opening, with the technical detail your installer needs.

FAQ

European window questions.

Slimmer frames, larger glass, tighter seals, and a sash that both tilts and swings. The performance gap shows up most in winter and on noisy streets.
